What is the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop)?

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses can use to comply with their VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU with a value of up to €150 are subject to VAT. No additional VAT fees should be paid for the delivery of parcels in Europe under €150. For orders over €150, your order will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Have ordered twice from you for christmas presents. The sopranos funkos were sold out/the preorders were sold out everywhere I looked. Then I remembered last year I bought a couple of obscure pops from yachew and thought I’d check for the Sopranos ones and low and behold I was able pre-order the two that I wanted. Sent in perfect condition, in quick time. Amazing service. Thank you.

Hmmm…..

I never do this usually. But Tony was a bit ‘rushed’ it seemed, he’s a bit rough on the edges of his arms and the paint work isn’t brilliant. Like I say, I never usually do this…. But I was expecting a better quality product from funko, as this is the first time I’ve ever experienced this type of issue with anything from them.
