Knorr Classic Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix is a convenient dehydrated soup that makes 25 portions of rich, creamy mushroom soup. Each 170ml serving is easy to prepare—simply whisk 85g of the mix into 850ml of boiling water, return to the boil while whisking occasionally, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Ideal for foodservice environments, this soup mix is bain marie stable and meets the 2017 Department of Health salt targets for soups.
Made with sustainably grown mushrooms (6.7%), boletus luteus powder (0.5%), and mushrooms juice concentrate (0.2%), this vegetarian-friendly soup contains no artificial colors or preservatives. The blend includes potato starch, maltodextrin, palm fat, sunflower oil, glucose syrup, salt, WHEAT flour, yeast extract, modified starch, flavourings, onion powder, and parsley. May contain traces of milk, egg, celery, mustard, and soy.
Produced by Unilever UK, this shelf-stable dry soup mix is perfect for cafés, restaurants, or institutional catering. Unused prepared portions must be refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours.
