Will I have to pay customs charges in the EU when my order arrives?
No! We ship all orders DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). All VAT and customs duties are included in your order total at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your package arrives - even for orders over €150.

The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is an electronic portal that businesses use to comply with VAT obligations on distance sales of imported goods to the EU. Since 1st July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT.

The formula is based on over 55 years of breastmilk research and produced using sustainable practices that exceed EU organic standards.
The Starter Pack includes 6 × 90ml ready-to-feed bottles and 6 latex-free teats, ideal for trying the product or for on-the-go feeding. The recyclable bottle and use of plant-based inks further support an environmentally responsible choice. This formula can be used as the sole source of nutrition from birth and has a shelf life of up to 45 days until expiry.
