Hollow Hand - Wish Road South

Max Kinghorn-Mills of Hollow Hand reflects on the creative journey behind 'Wish Road South,' an album born from a period of artistic crossroads. After touring and collaborating extensively with artists like Caitlin Rose, Aoife Nessa Frances, and supporting MJ Lenderman, Kinghorn-Mills felt a renewed creative zeal. Inspired by the vibrant Irish music scene and the energy of live performances, he decided to reimagine his forthcoming fourth album. Moving away from his previous 'bedroom producer' approach, Kinghorn-Mills embraced a more collaborative band dynamic. Joined by Oliver Newton on drums and Leo Clarke on bass, the trio recorded the songs live in their new Brighton studio space, infusing the album with a fresh, connected energy.

This release marks a significant evolution for Hollow Hand, showcasing a more expansive and collaborative sound that captures the spirit of live band performance.
