Description

Sweet Surrender is a melodic rock album by The Storm, originally recorded in the late 1980s and released on CD. It’s for fans of soaring AOR melodies, powerful vocals and polished production, with Kristina Nichols on lead vocals.

The band combines rich vocal harmonies and lush keyboard arrangements with guitar work from Joe Palmeri, alongside Karen Childs, Tad Dery and David Logeman. The album became a favourite among AOR fans and collectors as a previously unreleased late-1980s melodic rock recording.

Standout songs include “Leave Well Enough Alone”, “I’ll Be Lovin’ You”, “Hold On”, “Sweet Surrender”, “Do You Wanna Know”, “The Last Time” and “Someone To Love”.
